Hey good morning !

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while now, but I want to start off with thanking you guys for the support and knowledge shared. The most important thing I have learned and been able to release from past teachings is that I don’t have to be afraid of connecting with my guides and ancestors at home. In my past I have been taught in Umbanda (a Brazilian religion that’s based off Nago Yoruba and indigenous traditions) that you can not practice at home let alone on your own in fact there is a lot of fear instilled into doing so. With that being said thanks to you and what you have taught me about honoring and venerating my guides and ancestors today I don’t just feel comfortable and safe doing so I’m confident in it and have been able to get so much closer to them when I am meditating or honoring them and above all I think that’s the biggest part for me is being able to feel them and there energy here with me providing me with the comfort, protection and strength that I need. One last thing I just wanted to mention and thank you for again because I know this wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the things I learned with you but in mediation the other day I was thanking my guides as I normally do just in a state of gratitude for all their love and protection, when I felt really cold not bad but my hands got ice cold and up my spine there was a cold sensation and all of a sudden inside my head I heard my grandmothers voice saying “take care of her “ i knew she was talking about my mother but the most overwhelming part was that I had forgotten what her voice sounded like but the second I heard it in my head it was like she was right here and I could feel her energy, it was my first time ever experiencing anything like that and I’m not going to lie I was a little shook at first but at the same time it felt very comforting. So thank you for helping me through your work to open myself up and allow these experiences to happen without fear.
